Indications
Dorixina is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate pain, as well as in inflammatory processes. It is used in the management of conditions such as postoperative pain, muscle pain, dental pain, and dysmenorrhea. Additionally, it may be useful in the treatment of symptoms related to rheumatic diseases and other disorders that involve pain and inflammation. Due to its mechanism of action, lysine clonixinate inhibits prostaglandin synthesis, contributing to its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
Composition
Each Dorixina tablet contains: 125 mg of lysine clonixinate as active ingredient and excipients necessary for the product's formulation.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to lysine clonixinate or any of the excipients. Its use is not recommended in patients with a history of active peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal insufficiency, or severe liver diseases. Likewise, it should be avoided in patients with bleeding disorders or those receiving anticoagulant treatment.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, or renal insufficiency. Its use should be evaluated in elderly patients or those with dehydration. It is important to monitor renal function in patients requiring prolonged treatment.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
