Indications
Dolo-Neurobion Retard is indicated for the treatment of acute and chronic pain associated with various conditions, such as arthritis, low back pain, muscle pain, and neuralgia. This medication combines the anti-inflammatory effect of diclofenac with B-complex vitamins, which help improve nerve function and reduce inflammation. Its use is especially relevant in patients with inflammatory conditions and neuropathic pain, contributing to the overall well-being of the patient.
Composition
Each Dolo-Neurobion Retard tablet contains:
- Diclofenac sodium - 50 mg
- B complex (including thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pyridoxine, and cyanocobalamin) in adequate amounts to complement the action of diclofenac.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to diclofenac, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), or any of the formula's components. It should also be avoided in patients with a history of gastric ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding, as well as in those with severe renal or hepatic insufficiency.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, asthma, and those who are undergoing treatment with anticoagulants. Adequate patient monitoring during treatment is essential, especially during prolonged treatments.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children. Storage temperature should not exceed 30°C.
