Indications
Dolo-Neurobion Forte is indicated for the treatment of painful inflammatory processes of various etiologies. It is commonly used for the management of acute and chronic pain, as well as in conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system. This medication combines the anti-inflammatory effect of diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), with the neuroprotective and metabolic properties of B complex vitamins, which help improve nerve function and reduce neuropathic pain. It can also be considered in the treatment of low back pain, sciatica, and other painful conditions involving inflammation and neurological involvement.
Composition
Each pre-filled syringe contains: Diclofenac sodium 75 mg and B-group vitamin complexes, whose synergistic action helps reduce pain and improve the patient's general well-being.
Contraindications
Dolo-Neurobion Forte is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with a history of severe allergic reactions to other NSAIDs. It should not be administered to patients with active peptic ulcers, severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, and in those with bleeding disorders or who are on anticoagulant treatment, unless under strict medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal disorders, asthma, hypertension, or cardiovascular disease. It is advisable to evaluate renal function before starting treatment and during its use, especially in elderly patients or those with pre-existing conditions. The administration of Dolo-Neurobion Forte should be supervised in cases of heart failure, as NSAIDs can retain fluids and worsen this condition.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
