Indications
Dolo-Neurobion Forte is indicated for the treatment of pain and inflammation in conditions such as arthritis, musculoskeletal injuries, and other painful disorders. Additionally, it is used in diabetic neuropathy and other painful syndromes where vitamin support for the nervous system is required. The combination of Diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and B complex vitamins contributes to pain reduction and improved nerve function.
Composition
Each tablet of Dolo-Neurobion Forte contains:
- Diclofenac sodium 50 mg
- Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) 5 mg
- Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 5 mg
- Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 10 mcg
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Diclofenac or any of the formula's components. It should not be administered in cases of active peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, and during the third trimester of pregnancy.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal problems, asthma, hypersensitivity to other NSAIDs, and in patients with cardiovascular diseases. It is advisable to evaluate renal function before starting treatment, as well as during prolonged use.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30ºC. Keep out of reach of children.
