Indications
Dolo-Neurobion Forte is indicated in the treatment of acute and chronic pain, as well as inflammatory processes. It is used to relieve pain associated with conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, low back pain, and postoperative pain. In addition, the combination of Diclofenac with B complex vitamins can help improve nerve metabolism and reduce inflammation in conditions affecting the nerves, such as diabetic neuropathy. Its use is recommended in patients with symptoms of neuropathic pain and in those who require pain management accompanied by vitamin support.
Composition
Each Dolo-Neurobion Forte tablet contains 50 mg of Sodium Diclofenac and a complex of B vitamins (B1, B6, and B12) that complement the analgesic and anti-inflammatory action of the medication.
Contraindications
Dolo-Neurobion Forte is not recommended for use in patients with known hypersensitivity to Diclofenac, any component of the formula, or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It is contraindicated in cases of active peptic ulcer, severe renal insufficiency, hepatic insufficiency, and in the third trimester of pregnancy.
Precautions
It should be used with caution in patients with a history of gastrointestinal disorders, such as ulcers or bleeding, as well as in individuals with cardiovascular problems. It is important to monitor patients with asthma, especially if they have had allergic reactions to NSAIDs. Avoid prolonged use without medical supervision.
