Indications
Dolo-Neurobion is indicated for the treatment of acute and chronic pain, as well as for the management of inflammatory conditions. It is commonly used in cases of arthritis, musculoskeletal injuries, and post-surgical pain. The combination of diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, with B-complex vitamins, helps reduce inflammation and improve neuromuscular function, which can be beneficial in conditions affecting nerves and muscles.
Composition
Each Dolo-Neurobion tablet contains:
- Diclofenac sodium: 50 mg
- Vitamin B1 (Thiamine): 1.5 mg
- Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine): 1.5 mg
- Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin): 2.5 mcg
Contraindications
Dolo-Neurobion is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with a history of active peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal insufficiency, and during the third trimester of pregnancy. Its use is not recommended in patients with significant cardiovascular diseases without medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution is advised when using Dolo-Neurobion in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, liver or kidney diseases, as well as in those taking other anti-inflammatory or anticoagulant medications. It is important to monitor kidney function during prolonged treatment.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
