Indications
Dolac 10mg is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain, especially in postoperative situations or after surgical procedures. It can also be used in the management of musculoskeletal pain and acute painful conditions. Its analgesic action is due to its ability to inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are chemical mediators involved in pain perception and inflammation.
Composition
Each Dolac capsule contains 10 mg of ketorolac tromethamine as the active ingredient, as well as excipients that facilitate the formulation of the medication.
Contraindications
This medicine is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to ketorolac or any of the components of the formulation. It should not be administered to patients with active peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, or bleeding disorders. It is also contraindicated in cases of severe renal insufficiency and during pregnancy and lactation.
Precautions
It is important to use Dolac with caution in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, renal or hepatic insufficiency, as well as in the elderly, who may be more susceptible to adverse effects. Medical monitoring is recommended during prolonged treatment and dose adjustment if necessary. Concomitant use of other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should be avoided.

Store at room temperature, in a dry and cool place, protected from light and out of reach of children.
