Indications
Dirnelid is indicated for the treatment of inflammatory and allergic diseases of the respiratory tract, including seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis. It is also used in the management of nasal polyps in adults and children over 2 years of age. Mometasone, its active ingredient, acts as a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and relieves associated symptoms such as nasal congestion, sneezing, and itching.
Composition
Each dose of Dirnelid contains 50 mcg of mometasone in a liquid formulation. It also includes excipients that facilitate the administration and absorption of the medication.
Contraindications
Dirnelid is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to mometasone or any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be used in untreated respiratory tract infections, nor in cases of active tuberculosis. Its use in children under 2 years of age is not recommended.
Precautions
It is important to use Dirnelid under medical supervision. Caution should be exercised in patients with uncontrolled viral, bacterial, or fungal infections. Additionally, adrenal function should be monitored in patients who have received prolonged corticosteroid treatments. The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
Storage
Dirnelid should be stored at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius, in a dry place protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
