Indications
Diclopisa is indicated for the treatment of acute and chronic pain, including conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and postoperative pain. It is also used in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and other types of inflammatory pain. Its anti-inflammatory and analgesic action is due to the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, which helps reduce inflammation and pain in affected tissues.
Composition
Each Diclopisa ampoule contains 75 mg of diclofenac sodium as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients necessary for its formulation.
Contraindications
Diclopisa should not be used in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to diclofenac or any other component of the formula. It is contraindicated in patients with active peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, severe renal insufficiency, severe hepatic insufficiency, and during the third trimester of pregnancy.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, asthma, or gastrointestinal problems. Prolonged use of Diclopisa may increase the risk of thrombotic events. Renal and hepatic function should be evaluated before starting treatment, as well as during its use.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
