Indications
Dexabion DC is indicated for the treatment of various conditions requiring anti-inflammatory and anesthetic therapy. It is used in procedures involving moderate to severe pain, where the combined action of lidocaine provides local analgesia and dexamethasone acts as a potent anti-inflammatory. It is commonly used in orthopedic and dermatological procedures and in the management of pain associated with musculoskeletal conditions. Additionally, it may be useful in the treatment of severe allergic reactions and in reducing inflammation in various pathologies.
Composition
Each syringe contains:
- Lidocaine: 2%
- Dexamethasone: 4 mg
Contraindications
Dexabion DC is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with infections at the injection site. Its use is prohibited in cases of active autoimmune diseases and in patients with a history of severe adverse reactions to local anesthetics or corticosteroids.
Precautions
It should be used with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease, hepatic or renal dysfunction, and in those with a history of seizures. Administration should be performed by trained medical personnel to avoid complications and ensure proper application of the medication. Additionally, patients should be monitored for signs of adverse reactions.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C. Protect from light and keep out of reach of children.

- Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
