Indications
Dexabión DC is indicated for the treatment of various medical conditions that require the anti-inflammatory and/or immunosuppressive action of dexamethasone. Specific indications include:
- Autoimmune diseases and collagen disorders.
- Severe allergic disorders.
- Acute and chronic inflammatory diseases.
- Treatment of certain neoplasms and oncological conditions.
- Prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.
Additionally, it can be used in the management of respiratory diseases and in the treatment of severe asthma attacks.
Composition
Each pre-filled syringe contains dexamethasone as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients that facilitate the stability and administration of the product.
Contraindications
Dexabión DC is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to dexamethasone or any of the formulation's components. It is also contraindicated in uncontrolled systemic infections and in situations where normal immune responses are required, such as in active viral infections.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of recurrent infections, gastrointestinal diseases, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and in those undergoing concomitant treatment with other medications that may interact. Constant monitoring of clinical response and the appearance of adverse effects during treatment is essential.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
