Indications
Desowen Lotion is indicated for the treatment of various inflammatory and pruritic dermatological conditions, such as atopic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, and eczema. Its anti-inflammatory and antipruritic action helps to relieve symptoms associated with these conditions, such as redness, itching, and skin flaking. Its use is recommended under the supervision of a physician, who will determine the duration and frequency of treatment based on the severity of the condition.
Composition
Each 100 ml of lotion contains 0.05 g of desonide as the active ingredient. Excipients: purified water, cetyl alcohol, propylene glycol, among others.
Contraindications
Desowen Lotion is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to desonide or to any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be applied to infected skin lesions, cutaneous tuberculosis, or in areas with rosacea or acne vulgaris.
Precautions
It is recommended to use Desowen Lotion with caution on large areas of the skin or for prolonged periods, as it may increase the risk of systemic adverse effects, especially in children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of irritation or sensitivity, discontinue use and consult a physician.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C, in a dry place away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
