Indications
Desenfriol-Itto Plus Nja is indicated for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with colds, flu, and allergies. This includes the reduction of nasal congestion, decrease in sneezing, and relief of fever and general discomfort. The combination of Chlorphenamine, an antihistamine, with Phenylephrine, a decongestant, and Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic, provides a comprehensive approach to managing cold and allergy symptoms, thus facilitating patient comfort.
Composition
Each chewable tablet contains: Chlorphenamine 2 mg, Phenylephrine 10 mg, Paracetamol 500 mg.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should also be avoided in patients taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) and in those with severe heart disease or uncontrolled hypertension.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with liver disease, hypertension, diabetes, or thyroid problems. The use of this medication in combination with other drugs should be supervised by a physician to avoid adverse interactions. It is not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age without medical supervision.
