Indications
Deflox is indicated in the treatment of various conditions involving pain and inflammation. Its use is common in the management of acute and chronic painful processes, such as: - Rheumatoid arthritis - Osteoarthritis - Ankylosing spondylitis - Musculoskeletal pain - Postoperative pain - Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) - Headaches and migraines - Acute pain syndromes, such as dental pain - Traumatic and sports injuries.
Composition
Each 1 ml of Deflox contains 15 mg of diclofenac sodium as the active ingredient. Excipients: purified water, glycerol, ethanol, and others.
Contraindications
Deflox is contraindicated in patients with: - Known hypersensitivity to diclofenac or any of the product's components. - History of active peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding. - Severe hepatic insufficiency. - Severe renal insufficiency. - Pregnancy and lactation, unless strictly necessary and under medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Deflox to patients with: - Cardiovascular diseases, as it may increase the risk of thrombotic events. - Gastrointestinal diseases, as it may exacerbate pre-existing conditions. - Asthma or allergies, due to possible adverse reactions. - Moderate hepatic or renal insufficiency. Medical follow-up is recommended for prolonged treatments.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15°C and 30°C. Keep the bottle tightly closed and protected from light. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
