Indications
Dalexidol is indicated for the treatment of acute or chronic pain, as well as for the management of inflammation in various conditions, such as arthritis, osteoarthritis, and postoperative pain. The combination of celecoxib and paracetamol provides an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, being useful in relieving symptoms associated with musculoskeletal conditions and headaches. Its use is recommended in patients who require effective pain control, with special attention to those at risk of gastrointestinal complications.
Composition
Each Dalexidol tablet contains: 200 mg of celecoxib and 500 mg of paracetamol. Excipients: starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, among others.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with a history of allergic reactions to any of the components of the formula, those with active gastric or duodenal ulcers, severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, and in patients who have experienced adverse reactions to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, and in those who consume alcohol or anticoagulant medications, as the combination may increase the risk of adverse effects. Regular monitoring is recommended in patients requiring prolonged treatment.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
