Indications
Daflon 450 mg/50 mg is indicated for the treatment of symptoms related to chronic venous insufficiency, such as leg heaviness, pain, and edema. It is also used in the management of acute and chronic hemorrhoids, relieving pain, inflammation, and other associated symptoms. This medication works by improving venous tone and reducing capillary permeability, which contributes to better blood circulation. Additionally, it can be useful in the treatment of circulatory disorders and in the prevention of complications related to these conditions.
Composition
Each tablet contains 450 mg of Diosmin and 50 mg of Hesperidin as active ingredients. It also contains excipients suitable for tablet formulation.
Contraindications
Daflon is not recommended for use in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Additionally, its use is contraindicated in pregnant and breastfeeding women, unless otherwise indicated by a physician.
Precautions
It is important to have medical follow-up during treatment, especially in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases or bleeding disorders. The use of this medication should be evaluated if persistent or worsening symptoms occur. Do not interrupt treatment without consulting a doctor.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures not exceeding 30°C, and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
