Indications
Concor (bisoprolol) is indicated for the treatment of arterial hypertension. It is also used in the management of heart failure and in patients with a history of myocardial infarction. Bisoprolol works by decreasing heart rate, cardiac output, and blood pressure, which helps to reduce the burden on the heart and improve cardiovascular function.
Composition
Each Concor tablet contains 2.5 mg of bisoprolol as the active ingredient, as well as excipients necessary for the formulation of the medication.
Contraindications
Concor is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to bisoprolol or any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be administered in cases of severe bradycardia, second and third-degree atrioventricular block, cardiogenic shock, and in patients with decompensated heart failure.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Concor to patients with bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes mellitus, and those undergoing surgery requiring general anesthesia. It is important to monitor heart rate and blood pressure during treatment.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep the medication out of reach of children.
