Indications
Conazol K Cream is indicated for the treatment of skin infections caused by fungi sensitive to ketoconazole. Conditions that can be treated with this medication include tinea corporis, tinea pedis, tinea cruris, and cutaneous candidiasis. Furthermore, it is useful in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis and other superficial fungal infections requiring a topical antifungal. It is recommended to apply the cream to the affected area and its surroundings, following the doctor's instructions to ensure correct and effective application.
Composition
Each 100 g of Conazol K Cream contains: Ketoconazole 2 g. Excipients: Benzoic acid, propylene glycol, cetyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, purified water, among others.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the components of the formula. It should not be used on open or infected lesions without corresponding medical indication. Likewise, its use in pregnant or breastfeeding women should be avoided without medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution is important in patients with a history of allergic reactions to antifungals. Application should be exclusively for cutaneous use and contact with eyes and mucous membranes should be avoided. In case of irritation or adverse reaction, treatment should be suspended and a doctor consulted. Furthermore, prolonged use without medical evaluation is not recommended.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature (between 15 and 30 °C). Keep out of reach of children and protect from direct light.
