Indications
Combesteral is indicated for the treatment of various conditions that require the administration of a vitamin complex, as well as the use of lidocaine and dexamethasone for pain and inflammation management. This medication is used in situations where a potent anti-inflammatory and local anesthetic effect is required, such as:
- Treatment of acute and chronic inflammatory disorders.
- Pain control associated with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Support in rehabilitation therapies where improved functional recovery is needed.
- Conditions requiring the administration of B vitamins to improve the patient's nutritional status.
Composition
Each ampoule of Combesteral contains:
- B Complex (vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, Folic Acid)
- Lidocaine
- Dexamethasone
Contraindications
Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It is also contraindicated in patients with untreated infections, viral diseases, and those with coagulation problems or who are undergoing anticoagulant treatment without medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes, and in those who are being treated with other medications that may interact with the components of Combesteral. Medical supervision during treatment is important, and the recommended dose should not be exceeded.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light and humidity. Keep out of reach of children.
