Indications

Collicort Cream 2.5% is indicated for the treatment of various dermatological conditions where an anti-inflammatory and antipruritic effect is required. It is used for the management of diseases such as atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, eczema, and psoriasis. Hydrocortisone, its active ingredient, acts by reducing inflammation and itching. It is indicated in cases where skin inflammation and redness are prominent. Its use should always be under medical supervision and following the healthcare professional's instructions.

Composition

Each 100 g of Collicort Cream contains: Hydrocortisone 2.5 g, excipients q.s.p. 100 g.

Contraindications

Collicort Cream is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be applied to infected lesions, as well as in perioral dermatitis or rosacea. Its use in patients with uncontrolled fungal, viral, or bacterial infections should be evaluated by a doctor.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with systemic diseases that may be affected by corticosteroid absorption. Prolonged use or use on extensive areas of the skin is not recommended. In case of adverse reactions, treatment should be discontinued and a doctor consulted. Furthermore, it is important to avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

Storage

Collicort Cream should be stored at room temperature, in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
