Indications
Climene is indicated for the treatment of disorders related to hormonal imbalances in women, including the treatment of menopause and regulation of the menstrual cycle. Additionally, it is used in the treatment of hyperandrogenism in women, which can manifest as acne, hirsutism, or androgenic alopecia. This medication is also used as a hormonal contraceptive, providing an effective option for pregnancy prevention.
Composition
Each Climene coated tablet contains:
- Estradiol Valerate: 2 mg
- Cyproterone: 1 mg.
Contraindications
The use of Climene is contraindicated in patients with a history of venous or arterial thrombosis, severe liver diseases, hormone-dependent tumors, as well as in those who exhibit hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Precautions
It is recommended to use Climene with caution in patients with a history of hypertension, diabetes, migraines, liver disorders, or cardiovascular diseases. Regular medical follow-up is important during treatment to evaluate possible adverse effects and its efficacy.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
