Indications
Clarityne Syrup is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, rhinorrhea (runny nose), nasal and ocular itching, as well as for relieving the symptoms of urticaria and other allergic skin reactions. Loratadine works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance the body produces during an allergic reaction, which helps to reduce inflammation and discomfort.
Composition
Each ml of syrup contains:
- Loratadine: 1 mg
- Excipients: Sorbitol, glycerol, citric acid, flavoring, preservatives, purified water.
Contraindications
Clarityne Syrup is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to loratadine or any of the excipients in the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe renal insufficiency, as it may affect drug elimination.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver problems, as the metabolism of loratadine may be affected. It is suggested to avoid alcohol consumption during treatment, as it may enhance the sedative effects of other antihistamines. Its use is not recommended in children under two years of age, unless medically indicated.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
