Indications
Clarityne-D is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, nasal itching, runny nose, and itchy eyes. Additionally, it is used to relieve nasal congestion that may accompany these conditions. This medication is effective in reducing the symptoms of acute sinusitis, helping to improve breathing and the patient's general well-being. Its use is recommended for adults and children over 12 years of age.
Composition
Each tablet contains:
- Loratadine: 5 mg
- Phenylephrine: 30 mg
Contraindications
Clarityne-D is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of its components. Its use is not recommended in patients with narrow-angle glaucoma, severe hypertension, severe heart disease, or in those taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with heart disease, hypertension, or liver problems. Likewise, it is recommended to avoid the use of this medication in combination with other antihistamines or decongestants without a doctor's supervision. This medication may cause drowsiness; therefore, care should be taken when driving or performing activities that require full attention.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
