Indications

Magnesium Citrate is a mineral supplement indicated for the prevention and treatment of magnesium deficiency in the body. It is used in the management of disorders related to the lack of this mineral, such as muscle cramps, fatigue, and weakness. In addition, it can be useful in regulating muscle and nerve function, as well as in protein synthesis and maintaining bone health. This supplement is particularly recommended in situations of stress, inadequate diet, or conditions that increase the need for magnesium, such as pregnancy or lactation.

Composition

Each capsule contains: Magnesium Citrate 500 mg.

Contraindications

This product is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Magnesium Citrate or to any of the excipients in the formula. Likewise, its use is not recommended in people with severe kidney failure, as it can cause an accumulation of magnesium in the body and alter electrolyte balance.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when using Magnesium Citrate in patients with kidney or heart disease. Regular monitoring of blood magnesium levels is recommended in patients receiving prolonged treatment. The recommended dose should not be exceeded, and it is advisable to consult a doctor before starting any supplementation, especially in pregnant or breastfeeding women.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
