Indications
Cicloferon Xtrm Cream is indicated for the treatment of viral skin infections, especially those caused by the herpes simplex virus. It is also used to relieve pain and itching associated with herpetic lesions, thanks to the combined action of acyclovir and lidocaine. Acyclovir works by inhibiting virus replication, while lidocaine provides a local anesthetic effect that helps reduce discomfort in the affected area.
Composition
Cicloferon Xtrm Cream contains:
- Acyclovir: 5%
- Lidocaine: 2%
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be applied to areas of skin with extensive lesions or on mucous membranes. Its use in children under 12 years of age has not been adequately studied, so caution is recommended.
Precautions
Patients are advised to avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If irritation or allergic reactions occur, treatment should be discontinued and a doctor consulted. It should not be used for prolonged periods without medical supervision. If no improvement is observed within 5 days, a healthcare professional should be consulted.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

- Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
