Indications

Cicloferon Spray 5% is indicated for the treatment of cutaneous infections by herpes simplex virus, as well as for the treatment of varicella-zoster virus infections. This medication is useful in the acute phase of oral and genital herpes, helping to reduce the duration and severity of outbreaks. In addition, it is used in the treatment of skin lesions that present viral characteristics, facilitating recovery and improving the quality of life of patients. For optimal results, it is important to start treatment at the first sign of infection. Application on mucous membranes or open wounds is not recommended.

Composition

Each 100 ml of Cicloferon Spray contains 5 g of Acyclovir as an active ingredient. It also contains excipients that allow for its formulation and topical application.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Acyclovir or to any other component of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe renal problems or in those who present conditions that may worsen their health status after topical application.

Precautions

It is suggested to use Cicloferon Spray with caution in patients with a history of allergic reactions to antiviral medications. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of irritation or adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Likewise, the possibility of interactions with other medications the patient may be using should be considered.

Storage

Store Cicloferon Spray at room temperature, in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Do not expose to extreme temperatures and avoid direct light to preserve product effectiveness.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
