Indications

Cicloferon Cream 5% is indicated for the treatment of skin infections caused by viruses susceptible to acyclovir, including herpes simplex, herpes zoster, and chickenpox. Its use is effective for skin lesions, providing symptomatic relief and aiding in the healing of lesions. This medication is specifically for topical application and must be used according to medical instructions. Its use is not recommended for bacterial or fungal infections, as its efficacy is limited to viruses.

Composition

Each 100 g of Cicloferon Cream 5% contains: Acyclovir 5 g, excipients q.s. 100 g.

Contraindications

It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to acyclovir or any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in areas with severe lesions or on mucous membranes. In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult a physician.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when using Cicloferon Cream 5% in patients with kidney disease or dehydration. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of irritation, it is recommended to discontinue treatment and consult a physician. Medical instructions regarding the duration and frequency of application must be strictly followed.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
  4. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
