Indications

Cialis is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. This medication works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which facilitates achieving and maintaining an erection. It can also be used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension, improving exercise capacity in patients with this condition. The dose and duration of treatment should be determined by a doctor, taking into account the specific needs of each patient.

Composition

Each Cialis tablet contains 5 mg of Tadalafil as the active ingredient, as well as excipients that allow for the formulation of the medicine.

Contraindications

It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Tadalafil or any of the product's excipients. It should not be administered in combination with nitrates or nitric oxide donors, as it can cause a significant decrease in blood pressure. Likewise, it is not suitable for patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, severe renal or hepatic insufficiency.

Precautions

Caution is recommended in patients with a history of myocardial infarction, unstable angina, arrhythmias, or conditions that may increase the risk of cardiovascular complications. It is important that the patient informs their doctor about any other medications they are using, as well as their complete medical history. Use in combination with other treatments for erectile dysfunction should be evaluated by a doctor.
