Indications
Cervilan is indicated for the treatment of intermittent claudication in patients with peripheral vascular disease. Lomifiline acts by improving blood flow by increasing tissue perfusion, while dihydroergocristine has vasodilatory properties and promotes cerebral circulation. This medication is used to relieve pain and fatigue in the limbs during physical activity, as well as to improve functional capacity in patients with vascular insufficiency.
Composition
Each tablet contains 80 mg of Lomifiline and 0.800 mg of Dihydroergocristine, in addition to the excipients necessary for its formulation.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with a history of hemorrhage or bleeding disorders. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe hepatic insufficiency.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with uncontrolled arterial hypertension, cerebrovascular or cardiovascular diseases. In addition, its use in combination with other drugs that may interact with lomifiline and dihydroergocristine should be evaluated. It is important to perform constant medical follow-up to evaluate the response to treatment and adjust the dose if necessary.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
