Indications
Celestone Soluspan is indicated for the treatment of various conditions requiring an anti-inflammatory and/or immunosuppressive effect. It is used in the management of conditions such as allergic diseases, dermatological disorders, rheumatic conditions, autoimmune diseases, and in the management of emergency situations such as anaphylactic shock. It is also indicated in the treatment of adrenal insufficiency and in the management of certain types of cancer, in combination with other medications. The administration of this medication must be under the supervision of a physician, who will evaluate the need and suitability of the treatment in each specific case.
Composition
Each ampoule of Celestone Soluspan contains 2.71 mg of betamethasone as an active ingredient, in addition to excipients that facilitate its formulation and administration.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to betamethasone or to any of the excipients. It should not be administered in uncontrolled systemic infections, nor in patients with active peptic ulcers or in the presence of certain conditions such as decompensated diabetes mellitus, severe osteoporosis, and in some cases of severe renal or hepatic insufficiency.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when using Celestone Soluspan in patients with infections, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, and in those who are being treated with anticoagulants. It is important that the physician evaluates the risks and benefits of its use in each patient, as well as monitors the response to treatment and any adverse effects that may arise.

Celestone Soluspan should be stored at room temperature, in a dry place and protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
