Indications
Celestamine Ns Solution is indicated for the treatment of allergic conditions and inflammatory processes. It is used in conditions such as allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, and atopic dermatitis. Additionally, it can be used in the management of severe allergic reactions, including angioedema and urticaria, as well as in the treatment of symptoms associated with allergic respiratory diseases. This medication combines an antihistamine (loratadine) with a corticosteroid (betamethasone), allowing for a synergistic effect in controlling allergic symptoms and inflammation.
Composition
Each 100 ml of solution contains 100 mg of loratadine and 5 mg of betamethasone. Excipients: purified water, glycerin, among others.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to loratadine, betamethasone, or any of the excipients in the formulation. Its use is not recommended in patients with uncontrolled systemic infections, as well as in those with severe gastrointestinal diseases.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with liver or kidney diseases, as well as in those undergoing therapy with other medications that may interact with the components of Celestamine. Prolonged use without medical supervision should be avoided, and the possibility of adverse effects derived from corticosteroid use, especially in long-term treatments, should be considered.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
