Indications
Celestamine Ns is indicated for the treatment of various allergic conditions, including seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, as well as for the management of symptoms associated with other allergic conditions. Additionally, it is used in the treatment of dermatological diseases that present inflammation and itching, such as atopic dermatitis and urticaria. Its combined action of loratadine, an antihistamine, and betamethasone, a corticosteroid, allows for effective control of allergic symptoms and inflammation.
Composition
Each tablet contains:
Loratadine 5 mg
Betamethasone 0.25 mg
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with uncontrolled viral, fungal, or tuberculous infections. Likewise, it should be avoided in cases of ocular herpes simplex.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of peptic ulcers, hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases. The risk-benefit ratio should be evaluated in patients who are undergoing treatment with other medications that may cause immunosuppression. In case of adverse reactions, treatment should be discontinued and a doctor consulted.
Storage
Store the medication at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C, in a dry place protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
