Indications
Cataflam Suspension is indicated for the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with various conditions. It is used for the management of acute pain, such as postoperative pain and menstrual pain. It is also effective in the treatment of rheumatic diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. Additionally, it can be used to relieve symptoms of gout and tendinitis. Its use is recommended for patients requiring anti-inflammatory and analgesic treatment.
Composition
Each ml of suspension contains 15 mg of diclofenac (as diclofenac potassium) as the active ingredient. Excipients: purified water, glycerol, flavoring, and other excipients necessary for the formulation of the suspension.
Contraindications
Cataflam is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to diclofenac or any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered in cases of active peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal or hepatic insufficiency. Its use is contraindicated in patients who have experienced severe allergic reactions, such as anaphylaxis, to other NSAIDs. It is not recommended during the third trimester of pregnancy.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of asthma, gastrointestinal diseases, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, renal insufficiency, or those receiving anticoagulant treatments. It is important to monitor renal and hepatic function during prolonged treatment. In elderly patients, dose adjustment and monitoring for possible adverse effects are recommended.

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
