Indications
Caste (Tadalafil) is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men. This condition is characterized by the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual intercourse. Tadalafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which allows an erection to occur. It is also used for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, relieving associated symptoms such as difficulty initiating urination and frequent urination.
Composition
Each Caste tablet contains 20 mg of Tadalafil as the active ingredient. Excipients include: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, among others.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Tadalafil or any of the excipients in the formula. It should not be administered to patients taking nitrates, as this may cause a significant decrease in blood pressure. Likewise, it is contraindicated in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases and in those who have recently suffered a myocardial infarction.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, kidney or liver problems, and in those undergoing treatment with antihypertensives. Regular medical monitoring is recommended to assess the efficacy and safety of the treatment.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
