Indications
Caste (Tadalafil) is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men. Erectile dysfunction is characterized by the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual performance. Tadalafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which allows for achieving and maintaining an erection. Additionally, it can be used for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension, improving exercise capacity in men and women.
Composition
Each tablet contains 20 mg of Tadalafil as an active ingredient. Excipients include: lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and other inactive excipients that allow for the tablet's formulation.
Contraindications
The use of Caste is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Tadalafil or to any of the excipients in the formula. It should not be administered in combination with nitrates or nitric oxide donors, due to the risk of severe hypotension. Furthermore, it is contraindicated in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, severe hepatic insufficiency, and in those who have recently suffered a myocardial infarction.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, non-psychological erection problems, moderate or severe renal insufficiency, as well as in those who are undergoing treatment with antihypertensives. It is important to perform a medical evaluation prior to the start of treatment to determine the suitability of Tadalafil use.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children and protect from direct light.
