Indications
Cardomicin is indicated for the treatment of dry and productive cough associated with respiratory diseases. It is used to facilitate the expulsion of bronchial secretions, improve pulmonary ventilation, and relieve irritation of the respiratory tract. This medication combines the antitussive properties of dropropizine and the mucolytic properties of bromhexine, making it an effective option for patients with conditions such as bronchitis, asthma, and other pulmonary affections where cough and mucus accumulation are present. Its use is recommended for patients with persistent or irritating cough, as well as for those who require improved elimination of respiratory secretions.
Composition
Each 100 ml of Cardomicin syrup contains: 300 mg of Dropropizine and 160 mg of Bromhexine.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with severe liver or kidney diseases. Its use is not recommended in children under 2 years of age without medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of peptic ulcer, chronic respiratory diseases, and in those taking other medications that may interact with Cardomicin components. It is important to monitor respiratory function and treatment response, especially in patients with pre-existing conditions.

Store the product in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging.
