Indications
Canesten V 2% Cream is indicated for the treatment of skin infections caused by fungi sensitive to clotrimazole. It is effective in the treatment of dermatomycosis, ringworm, cutaneous candidiasis, and other superficial fungal infections. It is also used to relieve symptoms of itching and discomfort in the affected skin. Its use is recommended in cases of fungal infections affecting the skin, as well as in candidiasis in moist areas of the body.
Composition
Each 100g of Canesten V Cream contains 2g of clotrimazole as the active ingredient. Excipients: cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, liquid paraffin, propylene glycol, purified water, among others.
Contraindications
This medicine is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to clotrimazole or any of the components of the formula. It should not be applied to open wounds or areas with irritant dermatitis.
Precautions
It should be used with caution in patients with a history of allergic reactions to medicines. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to damaged or irritated skin. If symptoms persist or worsen, a doctor should be consulted. In the case of pregnancy and lactation, it is recommended to consult a doctor before use.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
