Indications

Caltrate 600+M is indicated for the prevention and treatment of calcium and vitamin D3 deficiencies in adults, as well as to strengthen bones and prevent osteoporosis. It is especially recommended for people at risk of calcium deficiency, such as postmenopausal women, the elderly, or individuals with a low-calcium diet. It can also be used as a supplement in treatments for conditions affecting calcium absorption, and in situations where additional support for bone health is required.

Composition

Each Caltrate 600+M tablet contains: 600 mg Calcium Carbonate (equivalent to 240 mg elemental calcium) and 400 IU Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3).

Contraindications

This product is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, in those with hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, or those with kidney stones. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease or dehydration.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with heart disease, kidney failure, or those undergoing treatment with thiazide diuretics. It is advisable to monitor blood calcium and phosphorus levels during prolonged treatment. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep at temperatures below 30°C. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
  4. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
