Indications

Bykypad is indicated for the treatment of various bacterial infections, especially those caused by microorganisms sensitive to lymecycline. It is effective in the treatment of respiratory tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, as well as genitourinary tract infections. Its use also extends to cases of acne vulgaris, where the antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory action of lymecycline can help reduce the severity of the disease. In addition, it can be used as part of combined therapy in severe systemic infections, always under the supervision of a physician.

Composition

Each Bykypad capsule contains 150 mg of lymecycline as the active ingredient. It also contains excipients that allow for the formulation of the capsule.

Contraindications

Bykypad is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to lymecycline or any other component of the formulation. It should not be administered to pregnant or breastfeeding women, or to children under 8 years of age, due to the risk of tooth discoloration and impaired bone growth. Its use is recommended to be avoided in patients with severe liver diseases or conditions that may compromise liver function.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal disorders, especially those prone to colitis. Liver function should also be monitored in patients receiving prolonged treatments.
