Buscapina Duo is a medicine indicated for the relief of abdominal pain and cramps, as well as for the treatment of symptoms related to gastrointestinal disorders. Its combination of hyoscine and paracetamol provides an antispasmodic and analgesic effect, being useful in conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, menstrual cramps, and other types of gastrointestinal cramps. It is important that the use of this medicine is done under the supervision of a healthcare professional, considering the individual characteristics of each patient.
Composition
Each tablet of Buscapina Duo contains 10 mg of Hyoscine (as hyoscine bromide) and 500 mg of Paracetamol.
Contraindications
Buscapina Duo is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formulation. It should also be avoided in cases of narrow-angle glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, and in those with intestinal obstruction or difficulty urinating due to prostatic problems. Use in children under 12 years of age is not recommended without proper medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution is advised in patients with liver or kidney diseases, as well as in those with a history of asthma, as hyoscine can cause bronchoconstriction. In addition, care should be taken when operating machinery or driving vehicles, due to the possible occurrence of drowsiness. It is essential to consult a doctor before starting treatment, especially if other medications that may interact with Buscapina Duo are being used.

Store at room temperature, not exceeding 30°C, in a dry place and protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
