Buscapina Duo is a medication indicated for the treatment of acute colicky pain, which can occur in various conditions such as abdominal colic, gastrointestinal disorders, and pain associated with renal or biliary colic. Additionally, paracetamol provides an additional analgesic effect, being useful in relieving mild to moderate pain and reducing fever. This product combines the antispasmodic action of hyoscine with the analgesic effect of paracetamol, allowing for comprehensive management of pain and associated discomforts.
Composition
Each Buscapina Duo tablet contains:
- Hyoscine (500 mg)
- Paracetamol (10 mg)
Contraindications
Buscapina Duo is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, in cases of narrow-angle glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, intestinal obstruction, and in patients with severe liver diseases. It should not be used in patients who are undergoing treatment with other anticholinergic medications or who have conditions that may be aggravated by hyoscine.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of heart disease, prostatic hypertrophy, urinary retention, or those who may experience adverse reactions to hyoscine. It is important to consult a doctor before starting treatment, especially in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Prolonged use of the medication without medical supervision is not recommended.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
