Indications

Bolt 36 (Tadalafil) is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men. Tadalafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which helps achieve and maintain an adequate erection. Additionally, it is also used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension, improving exercise capacity in patients with this condition. It is important that the patient consults their doctor to determine the suitability of this medication based on their health condition and other treatments they may be receiving.

Composition

Each Bolt 36 tablet contains 20 mg of Tadalafil as the active ingredient. Excipients include: lactose monohydrate, corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, among others.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to Tadalafil or any of the formulation's components. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, such as unstable angina, recent myocardial infarction, or severe heart failure. Likewise, it should be avoided in patients who are undergoing treatment with nitrates, due to the risk of severe hypotension.

Precautions

Caution is recommended in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, liver or kidney problems, or those taking medications that may interact with Tadalafil. It is essential that the patient informs their doctor about all medications they are taking and any medical conditions they have.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
