Indications

Bolentax is indicated for the prophylaxis and treatment of venous thromboembolic events in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery or high-risk general surgery. It is also used in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism. Additionally, it may be indicated for the prevention of thromboembolic complications in patients with risk factors such as prolonged immobilization. Enoxaparin sodium acts as a low molecular weight anticoagulant, inhibiting blood coagulation and reducing the risk of clot formation.

Composition

Each Bolentax syringe contains 60 mg of Enoxaparin Sodium, as well as necessary excipients for its formulation.

Contraindications

Bolentax is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to enoxaparin sodium or any component of the formulation. It is also contraindicated in patients with a history of thrombocytopathy, active bleeding or bleeding disorders, as well as in those with severe renal insufficiency.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when using Bolentax in patients with a history of peptic ulcer, uncontrolled hypertension, and in those undergoing surgical or invasive procedures. It is important to monitor renal function and platelet levels during treatment. The administration of Bolentax should be supervised by a healthcare professional experienced in anticoagulant management.

Storage

Bolentax should be stored at temperatures between 2°C and 8°C. Do not freeze and keep away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.

  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
