Indications

Bolentax 40 mg Syringe (Enoxaparin Sodium) is indicated for the prophylaxis and treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE) in surgical patients, as well as for the prevention of thromboembolic complications in patients with prolonged immobility. It is also used in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction and in the prevention of thromboembolic events in patients with atrial fibrillation. This medication acts as a low molecular weight anticoagulant, inhibiting the activation of coagulation factors, which reduces the risk of clot formation.

Composition

Each Bolentax syringe contains 40 mg of Enoxaparin Sodium, as well as the excipients necessary for its formulation. It is important to follow the doctor's instructions to ensure proper and safe administration of the medication.

Contraindications

Bolentax is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Enoxaparin Sodium or any of its components, as well as in those with active bleeding, bleeding disorders, or conditions that increase the risk of bleeding. It should not be administered to patients with severe renal failure and in those with a history of thrombocytopathy.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of peptic ulcers, uncontrolled hypertension, or who are receiving other anticoagulant medications. Storage

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children and protect from light. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
