Indications
Bojidar is indicated for the treatment of acute pain, as well as in the management of inflammatory conditions. It is used in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and for the relief of postoperative pain. This medication acts by selectively inhibiting the cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) enzyme, which reduces the production of prostaglandins, responsible for inflammation and pain. Its use is recommended for patients who require pain control and have no contraindications for its administration.
Composition
Each Bojidar tablet contains 90 mg of etoricoxib, as well as the necessary excipients for its formulation.
Contraindications
Bojidar should not be administered to patients with hypersensitivity to etoricoxib or any of the components of the formulation. It is contraindicated in patients with a history of severe allergic reactions, active gastric or duodenal ulcers, severe heart failure, severe liver disease, and in those who are being treated with other NSAIDs.
Precautions
It is recommended to use Bojidar with caution in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, moderate renal or hepatic insufficiency. The risk of adverse events should be carefully evaluated, especially in elderly patients or in those who consume alcohol or medications that may increase the risk of gastrointestinal effects.

Store at room temperature, in a dry and cool place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
