Indications
Blife Omega 3-6-9 is indicated as a nutritional supplement to contribute to the maintenance of cardiovascular health, as well as to support cognitive function and the general well-being of the body. In addition, it can be used to help reduce cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood, as well as to promote skin health and the immune system. Its use is recommended for people seeking a balance in the intake of essential fatty acids, especially in diets that may be deficient in these nutrients.
Composition
Each capsule contains:
- Fish oil (rich in omega 3 fatty acids: EPA and DHA)
- Flaxseed oil (source of omega 6 and omega 3)
- Olive oil (source of omega 9)
- Other excipients.
Contraindications
Blife Omega 3-6-9 is contraindicated in individuals with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with bleeding disorders or those undergoing anticoagulant treatment without adequate medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with liver disease, pancreatitis, or those scheduled for surgery. It is important to consult a doctor before starting to use this supplement, especially if other medications or supplements are being taken.

- Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
