Indications
Blife Magnesium Citrate is indicated for the prevention and treatment of magnesium deficiency in the body. Magnesium is an essential mineral that contributes to multiple biological functions, including the regulation of muscle and nerve function, protein synthesis, bone health, and blood pressure control. Additionally, it is used as an osmotic laxative for the treatment of occasional constipation, promoting intestinal transit.
This product is especially useful in situations where an increased magnesium intake is required, such as in cases of stress, intense exercise, inadequate diets, or medical conditions that cause magnesium loss.
Composition
Each capsule of Blife Magnesium Citrate contains:
- Magnesium Citrate: 500 mg
- Excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Contraindications
This product is contraindicated in patients with hypermagnesemia, severe renal insufficiency, and those with an allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use should be avoided in conditions where the use of laxatives may be contraindicated, such as in cases of intestinal obstruction.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with kidney diseases, as excess magnesium can accumulate in the body and lead to adverse effects. It should also be used with caution in pregnant or breastfeeding women. It is advisable to consult a doctor before starting its consumption, especially if other medications or supplements are being taken.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
