Indications

Biogaia Protectis Drops are indicated for the management of gastrointestinal disorders, including acute and chronic diarrhea, as well as for the treatment and prevention of gastrointestinal infections. This product is especially useful in reducing symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome, in addition to helping restore intestinal flora after antibiotic treatments. The probiotics present in Biogaia Protectis Drops have been shown to contribute to improved digestive health and strengthening of the immune system, facilitating an adequate balance of the intestinal microbiota.

Composition

Each milliliter of Biogaia Protectis Drops contains:

  • 10^8 CFU (Colony-Forming Units) of Lactobacillus reuteri Protectis.

Contraindications

This product is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in immunocompromised patients or those with underlying conditions that may compromise their intestinal health without the supervision of a healthcare professional.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when using Biogaia Protectis Drops in patients with chronic diseases or those undergoing treatment with immunosuppressive drugs. It is essential to consult a doctor before starting any probiotic treatment, especially in children under two years of age or in patients with pre-existing medical conditions.

Storage

Keep the product in a cool, dry place, at room temperature. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. Once opened, it is recommended to use the product within 3 months to ensure the efficacy of the probiotics.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
  4. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
