Indications
Bifebral is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate pain, including headaches, muscle aches, toothaches, and pain associated with inflammatory conditions. It is also used for fever reduction. The combination of Ketoprofen and Paracetamol provides an analgesic and antipyretic effect, allowing for better pain and fever management in patients requiring symptomatic treatment.
Composition
Each Bifebral tablet contains 300 mg of Ketoprofen and 100 mg of Paracetamol as active ingredients. Excipients are: starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and other inert excipients.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, active peptic ulcer, severe renal failure, and in patients who have experienced severe adverse reactions after NSAID administration. Its use is not recommended in pregnant and breastfeeding women without medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal disorders, liver disease, cardiovascular disease, or asthma. Renal function monitoring is recommended in patients receiving prolonged treatments. The recommended dose should not be exceeded, and administration of this medication should be considered under the supervision of a physician in special populations, such as the elderly or patients with multiple medical conditions.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
