Indications
Berocca Effervescent V is indicated as a dietary supplement in situations of increased vitamin and mineral requirements, as well as for the prevention and treatment of nutritional deficiencies. It is especially useful in cases of fatigue, stress, and physical or mental exhaustion. This product can be used to improve physical and mental performance, helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue, as well as supporting recovery from illness or during convalescence. Its use is suggested for people with unbalanced diets or those with increased nutritional needs, such as athletes and people with active lifestyles.
Composition
Each effervescent tablet contains:
- B complex vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12)
- Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)
- Calcium
- Magnesium
Contraindications
Berocca Effervescent V is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended for people with severe kidney disease or calcium metabolism disorders.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when using this product in people with a history of kidney disease, as well as in those undergoing treatment with medications that affect calcium or magnesium absorption. It is recommended to consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or lactation.

- Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
